When Reena (Alicia Witt) witnesses her family's restaurant burning down, she discovers she has an attraction for fire. Not in the sense of actually starting fires, but tracing them back to their roots. And at the time she discloses the fact that her father had an argument with the father of a boy who attacked her earlier. The man was subsequently arrested and served time for the arson. Now, years later Reena realizes her dream of being an arson investigator and teams up with the investigator who was assigned to her family's restaurant fire all those years before. But things start happening that take a toll on her. When she discovers that all her former boyfriends' deaths might not have been accidents, the pieces begin to fit together. Someone is out to get her, or at least those close to her. This edge-of-your-seat thriller is based on the popular novel by Nora Roberts and brings all the intensity of her characters to the screen. Older teens will enjoy this, but it's not for younger audiences.
