From 1962 to 1971 Andy Williams starred in his hit variety show on NBC. During those years he spotlighted several of the stars of the time. In this DVD are the shows that originally aired on September 11, 1966 and April 28, 1968. The guests on these two shows included The Smothers Brothers (who later had their own show), Ella Fitzgerald, Jonathan Winters, Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, Ray Charles, Cass Elliot, and Burt Bacharach. For anyone who knows anything about this time in show business, you know these were the cream of the crop. The show is definitely dated with the clothes and hairstyles, but this is a blast from the past and the ever-charming Andy Williams is always in style.

The disc includes an interview with Andy Williams which was taped on March 15, 2007. Andy reveals facts about his past and how he got into show business. He also explains how the song "Moon River" became his theme song. This is a great interview with a man who has been an icon in the American music business for many decades. While he might not be well-known by today's youth, in his day he was on the top of the charts and everyone knew the name Andy Williams.
